Guangdong Wright has signed a contract with JD's self-operated business, committing that its ladder products meet the brand access standards for industrial ladders on JD's self-operated business

On September 26, 2025, Zhou Kehai, the chairman of Wright, attended the signing ceremony of the JD Self-operated access Standards for industrial ladders and JD Allianz Insurance, jointly organized by the High-altitude Safety Equipment Branch of China Machinery Safety Association and JD Industry, in Beijing.

To enhance the standardization of industrial ladders on the JD.com platform, strengthen product quality and safety, maintain a fair and orderly competitive environment on the JD.com platform, and avoid risks to users' normal use, the access standards have been further agreed upon on the basis of complying with the existing national standards

Zhou Kehai, the chairman of Wright Company, delivered a speech at the signing ceremony, expressing his approval of the signing of the self-operated access standards for industrial elevators on JD.com. At the signing ceremony of the ladder Industry self-discipline Convention in June 2024,Wright became the first enterprise to commit to the whole country that all the ladders it produces and sells comply with the national ladder safety standards, and at the same time promised to global customers that Wright ladders are exempt from inspection. Now that we have signed a contract with JD's self-operated business, we will adhere to the long-term policy of "strengthening our internal capabilities and rejecting internal competition", produce products that are worthy of consumers, and ensure that every ladder product meets JD's entry standards.

With the tightening of national supervision and the enhancement of consumers' safety awareness, the market is gradually returning to rationality. The mandatory national standard GB 12142 for ladders, led by Courtyard by Marriott, will be released next year, which will further promote the standardized development of the industry.
